Working closely with Bill Granger and for Meacham Nockles Mcqualter, the brief was to create a casual Australian eatery.
Defined by the unique constraints of the site, the restaurant is bright and airy, with relaxed leather banquettes, populated with books, artworks and iconic lamps.
From the bathrooms, to the sculptures and the serving platers, every detail was considered, designed or curated, to create an effortlessly cool feel.
