A careful use of space planning was required to turn the, small redundant attic space of this office into the ultimate entertaining space.
A bespoke designed and built humidor and flanking wine cabinets with backlit onyx act as a backdrop to the key focal point dining table. The recessed cabinetry housed all the AV equipment, a cocktail bar and writing desk, all inset with leather and tinted mirrors.
The quality of materials used from the silk carpets to the bespoke settee and bathroom sanitary ware. Hand gilded, raised ceiling sections which house the air conditioning and a drop down cinema screen. And we cunningly overcame fire regulations by creating a mirrored wall with considered cuts to conceal a secret “escape” door in the event of a fire.
The circular conclusion to a hall corridor with curved door and casing, which helped you, arrive centrally in the space and was key to getting the kitchen where we needed it.
