Dining area in a family kitchen in Edinburgh

A vintage table and chairs were sourced for this client and refinished in white with grey linen upholstery. They add a uniqueness and character to the room which has tall ceilings and a large period window. A built-in banquette was installed on two sides of the table to offer welcoming and flexible seating for family meals and entertaining. A simple pendant shade hung over the table draws the navy colour into this side of the room and provides a lovely light for evening meals.
