The brief was to create one building complex that can be separated into two separate and fully functional spaces, each having an individual and strong sense of entry, as they will have different functions. One space was the boutique hotel and another was a Fashion gallery/exhibition. Because the exhibitions will be temporary, the design has to be very simple, practical but unique at the same time.
