Total refurbishment of apartment in Kensington. The apartment had not been refitted for 15 years. The client wanted a classic space befitting of the space. The key task was to reconfigure the second floor space to incorporate a second master shower room and utility space. We achieved this while maintaining open landings with lots of light. This was a turn-key project where the client was absent for the duration of the works. She was thrilled with the new layout and spaces and said the apartment felt as though it should always have been laid out this way.
