About BTL Property

BTL Property is a West and South West London design and build company that can take customers from the pre-planning stage all the way through to completion of their project.

Each service is offered independently of the others so, for example, the build team is happy to work with architects and other designers and our planning team are happy to just help a customer get through that stage.

The company was founded in 2002 and since then we have worked on hundreds of projects and have established ourselves as one of South West London's leading builders.

We pride ourselves on providing a professional and personal service at a fair price. All projects are led by one of our Project Managers and every project has a Site Manager and Foreman to ensure the build is completed on time and to budget.
