About us

Our service is bespoke, high-touch and personal and is used by discerning celebrities, families, businesses and individuals alike. We have built a strong reputation in the interior design industry and are proud of our track record in matching clients with exactly the right designers for their projects.

The role

We are now looking for a client service associate to join our growing team. You will be working closely with one of our founders to handle client enquiries as they come in and to match them with the most suitable interior designers. The role requires diligence, empathy and good taste. You should take genuine pleasure in making the perfect match.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

  • Speak with designers via phone/email about client projects
  • Write full and helpful notes about each client and their project to help designers when they are pitching
  • Manage multiple client projects simultaneously and follow up with clients and designers regularly on each until a designer is appointed
  • Get to know the businesses of each of our designers extremely well, including periodic in-person meetings at the designers’ studios
  • Vet and onboard new designers via phone and in person.

What we look for

To be successful in this role, you should display:

  • An outgoing and positive personality
  • A genuine interest in connecting people with each other for their mutual benefit
  • A passion for and understanding about good design
  • An inherently commercial mindset
  • Proactiveness and self-discipline
  • A good telephone manner.

Requirements

  • At least a bachelor's degree, demonstrating good academic credentials in any field and noteworthy extracurricular leadership
  • Experience in related fields such as interior design, architecture, estate agency, etc
  • Fluency in English (foreign language skills are also a plus)
