1970's Contemporary Re-invention

Situated in a picturesque downland village , this 1970's property underwent a complete refurbishment . Interior and exterior design and landscaping were seamlessly designed by us and orchestrated by local contractors.

New windows and external cladding instantly update the exterior and join the old with the new , whilst a new internal layout was created to ensure an effortless flow. Internal and external spaces running seamlessly to create a fluid, open space of calm.
A large extension was added to allow for a spacious kitchen and whilst the house has an open plan layout, more private areas were created for media and study rooms.
Key original features where renovated and endangered quality hardwoods repurposed alongside a natural palette of materials.
