Butcher, Grocer and Wine Merchant with small cafe area and demonstration kitchen for cookery classes and menu development by Chef Patron.

The building is listed so we had to find ways of creating displays that did not need to be fixed to the walls or floor. All of the furniture in the shop was designed by us and fabricated by specialist metalworkers and joiners. The central display is fitted around a column with metal collars and shelves cantilevered from a central support. It was a real challenge, but worked brilliantly.

Abasto is located in the thriving and prestigious Connaught Village in central London, five minutes from Marble Arch. Reminiscent of an Argentinean market, Abasto will provide a much needed hub for artisan products, meat and wine for a local audience and beyond.
