Abasto central island display and wine merchant

The building is listed so we had to find ways of creating displays that did not need to be fixed to the walls or floor. All of the furniture in the shop was designed by ck-id and fabricated by specialist metalworkers and joiners. The central display is fitted around a column with metal collars and shelves cantilevered from a central support. It was a real challenge, but worked brilliantly.
