The drawing room was an unusually long shape with a grand piano at one end. The seating area made the most of the French doors leading out into the garden. A traditional wing chair was covered in a contemporary striped fabric for a quirky look. The traditional sofa in a sophisticated pale green fabric was teamed with ethnic cushions and a neutral footstool. The look was finished with a reading lamp with pleated silk lampshade.
