Our team was appointed to deliver a full refurbishment and extension of a 1950s detached home, creating contemporary interiors with a considered lighting strategy to enhance space, highlight materials and create a warm, inviting atmosphere. The design includes a new kitchen-diner, living areas, five bedrooms and a master suite, alongside large rear and side extensions that form a courtyard and strengthen connections to the garden.

Sensitive to its Green Belt setting, the scheme also includes a gym and home office outbuilding with subtle hit-and-miss cladding. We provided landscaping design to ensure interiors, architecture and outdoor spaces work together seamlessly, resulting in a cohesive, light-filled home that balances privacy, function and modern family living.
