Fit out of a beach side apartment in Denia Spain.

Creation of a fresh, modern and bright interior to maximise the light and view from the balcony.

Apartment is used for both clients own use and holiday rentals so it had to balance personal requirements with the durability that is need when letting to tenants.

The design answered the brief to create an apartment that is unique and different and set itself apart from the rest of the properties in the holiday letting marketplace.
