Bedroom in Belgian Country House

This country house was built 15 years ago and was actually inspired from English cottages. The owners asked me to help with one of the bedrooms. They wanted the style to be traditional in the style of the house but contemporary at the same time.

The bedroom walls were painted deep blue and the room is facing North. We decided to make the sunshine come in by making the walls white and add yellow curtains. The furniture is somewhere between vintage, shabby and scandi. The room is now airy, bright and a real pleasure to be in for the owners' daughter.
