Our team provided full architectural, interior and lighting design services for this East London Victorian terrace. The rear extension and full refurbishment combine birch plywood and polished concrete, celebrating raw materials, clean lines and honest detailing. Carefully layered lighting enhances textures and the interplay of natural and artificial light, creating warmth and atmosphere throughout the home.

The client wanted an extension that felt distinctive and connected to the garden throughout the year. A window seat in the rear elevation allows them to sit almost within the garden, enjoying uninterrupted views in every season.
