Full internal and external refurbishment to create new bar and restaurant. Harkin Walker were responsible for the design and project management of this project. We completed the design scheme which included sample boards, finishes, full drawing and specification package, procurement of all contractors and suppliers. The planning application for a new extension and change of use was prepared and submitted as well as building control, licensing and landlord consent applications.
We project managed the scheme from inception through to defects liability period.
