BUCKINGHAMSHIRE - RENOVATION PROJECT

Our clients bought a tired looking 1960’s property in a wonderful location. The brief was to change the appearance of the property and extend the ground floor and loft. We rendered the front and back of the property and used black slate as an accent. The interior design for the refurbishment in Gerrards Cross was open plan living and indoor-outdoor entertainment space. By removing several walls from the ground floor, opening the entrance, repositioning the cloakroom and playroom, enabled us to bring light into the property which was much needed. On the first floor we repositioned walls so that gave an additional two bedrooms with en-suite and all the eves were used for storage. We installed a fully integrated Home Serve System enabling our clients to maintain and view their property from anywhere around the world on their iphones!
