Cafe Restaurant, Siberia

Our latest project is the design of a 200-seat coffee shop & restaurant, housed in a circular Globe shaped building.

The venue is set across three floors, located in Novosibirsk, the capital of Siberia, Russia's third city after Moscow and St Petersburg.

It’s the flagship venue of a national chain and we have spent the last few months planning a complete overhaul of the existing space. We’ve just completed a set of visualizations showing the new design concept.

The glass building is bright but quite cold-feeling during the day, so the new design has added a rich palette of warm woods and organic materials.

The second floor will be home to a genius bar where customers will be able to brew their own coffee, with help from the Barista, using the latest third wave coffee movement machinery.

The project is now heading into the pre-production phase, with a sourcing trip to Moscow to find creative suppliers and partners to help bring the project to life!
