Calderstones Road transforms a period property into a modern family home that respects its original character. A rear infill extension creates an open-plan kitchen, living, and dining space opening to the south-facing garden through period-style Crittall doors, alongside a renovated family bathroom.

Working with a modest budget, we carefully considered material specifications to achieve the client’s brief while maximising quality and aesthetic impact. The design focuses on flow, function, and natural light, with zoned living areas suited to daily life and entertaining. The kitchen includes an island, integrated appliances, larder, and generous storage, complemented by a utility and side entrance.

As part of our Interiors and Lighting Design, we develop finishes, joinery, layouts, and lighting concepts. The result is a contemporary, welcoming interior that enhances the home’s architectural integrity.
