We worked in conjunction with an architectural practice to complete this Victorian conversion to a penthouse terrace in the heart of Chelsea. The property is set out over four floors and has a great space for entertaining in the form of a roof garden.

The central idea of the design was the celebration of vertical living by placing emphasis on the new feature stairwell and a three storey bookcase that plays the role of its balustrade. The hi-tech property is both quirky and elegant embracing David Gill sculptural furniture pieces, luxurious fabrics, pops of colour and eccentric artwork.

The interior benefits from an open style kitchen, dining living area on the first floor, a large master bedroom, open ensuite and walk in closet on the second floor and media room and guest bedroom on the third floor. This rooftop apartment is a stunning addition with a views over the whole of central London and grass play area for the owners' dogs.
