Co-Working Space

Building on the success of our Leeds project, Wizu Workplace brought us on board to transform East Coast House in York. They wanted a refreshed co-working space that feels welcoming, flexible and unmistakably Wizu - warm, friendly and designed with people at the heart.

Wizu wanted something more inviting, characterful and engaging, a space that encourages connection, creativity and comfort for both co-working members and private office users.

To align with the brand’s approachable and supportive identity, we incorporated human-centric touches throughout: comfortable seating, warm lighting, greenery, curated artwork and pockets of space that feel relaxed rather than corporate. These elements help shift the atmosphere from “just another office” to somewhere people genuinely enjoy spending their day.
