Cottage in Surrey

The client approached me having downsized from their family home. The brief was to completely redesign the ground floor space, and to extend the house into the loft.
Working with both the architects and builders, we reconfigured the ground floor to create a large open plan kitchen and dining room, with a long reception room at the back. We also created a new bedroom and bathroom on the top floor.
This project included full plans and layouts, new colour schemes, furniture specification and project management.

The end result was a relaxed, timeless and welcoming home, whilst working within budget and taking into account the clients requirements.
