Dulwich - Rear extension

This project involved a rear extension and full refurbishment of a five-bedroom home in East Dulwich. Previous extensions had left the layout disjointed, with poor flow and dark, underused spaces.

The new owners, a professional couple, wanted a bright, inviting home that reflected their lifestyle and offered space to entertain. A new rear extension and complete ground floor replan introduced a spacious living area, library/office, generous coat storage, and a utility room.

The first and second floors were fully updated, including refurbished bathrooms and the addition of a bespoke dressing room, creating a cohesive, contemporary home filled with light, function, and character.
