This project saw the redevelopment of eleven small bedsits in Earl's Court into five spacious luxury flats, including an extension and side return extension to the lower ground floor. The flats were aimed at young professionals and couples looking to buy their first pied-a-terre in an upcoming London location. The style of the flats was contemporary with elements of traditional / classic details - modern kitchens were paired with traditional joinery, and classic details such as wall panelling were offset by contemporary lighting and furnishings. Each flat was snapped up either before the official launch date, or just after.
