This down at heel family home was transformed into a characterful and spacious family home. Complete internal overhaul saw the re-placement of the internal structure throughout. Effective use of reclamation and up-cycling resulted in replacement of original features which had been removed, giving the property and characterful and lived-in feel, as well as making outstanding use of a limited budget, as requested by the client.
