Escape To The Lakes

The location of this family’s beautiful second home made our job incredibly easy. A contemporary glass-fronted house right on the edge of a gorgeous lake on a private estate, the Lakes by Yoo development, provided a stunning backdrop for our interiors.

From our very first meeting with our clients we knew this was going to be a special project. They were a delight to work for and we were keen to interpret their needs for a stylish, yet practical family home that worked for their two small children too. A large family kitchen dining area & TV room made for perfect open plan living, not to mention the large outdoor terrace, that we dressed with functional and modern outdoor seating.

We chose a calming palate of blues, greys and soft greens that worked perfectly with the views of the countryside and lake beyond and which ensured that, whatever the weather, the interior would sit in harmony with nature and the family could just sit back, relax and enjoy the views.
