Essex Kitchen

This kitchen was part of a rear extension of a semi-detached property, forming an open plan kitchen/dining/living space. The project is part of a full refurbishment but will be done in stages, the kitchen being the first. The rear extension was created to open up the space, allowing for a bigger kitchen and more light, including skylights. The client wanted a space where the whole family could gather, without it feeling restrictive. A key factor was to keep the space feeling as light as possible, but not restricting to a neutral scheme.
