Ferndale

Refurbishment of a tired 1960’s bungalow nestled in the heart of the Warwickshire countryside. The brief required us to bring the property up to 21st Century standards all the while keeping a mid-century design theme. The clients had recently downsized but still wanted generous living spaces. The challenge was to create these open spaces whilst still allowing them to feel connected when it was only the two of them using the property. For visiting family and friends they asked for individual bedroom schemes. In these rooms and the bathrooms we used colours that give a nod to the popular schemes of the 1960’s.
