George Northwood Hair Salon

For his flagship salon in Central London, internationally esteemed hairdresser George Northwood wanted to create an environment suited to his trade-mark relaxed and informal style and approach with the quality and attention to detail deserved of his high-end clientele who include Alexa Chung, Rosie Huntingdon-Whiteley and Gwyneth Paltrow - to name a few. 

Our East meets West concept was brought to life through a series of intentional contrasts - the pale neutrals, high ceilings and abundant natural light of the ground floor juxtaposed against the the dark, moody hue's of the lower ground floor. Marble worktops alongside raw metal framework, industrial neon lighting versus decadent bronze tiles, hard concrete floors against soft vintage upholstery.

Much emphasis was placed on lovingly sourced art and artefacts which give the salon its unique character.
