Kings Road

We were presented with an extremely tired apartment that we refurbished for the luxury rental market on the desirable Kings Road in Chelsea. Designed, built and interior decorated by our design and build team, the property was transformed into a sophisticated, modern space with fabulous open-plan living areas.

The flat was decorated in a style that maximises light and space by implementing a pallet of neutral Swedish-inspired colours for the walls and floor, ceiling and furniture upholstery, bringing to life the existing grand dual aspect sash windows. The engineered dark oak floorboards give a sense of warmth and homeliness yet maintain a sharp luxury feel.

The Burlington fireplace with its simple geometric lines and classical proportions creates a focal point in the living area and gives architectural interest as well as a sense of scale to the space.
