As the colour scheme was quite refined, it relied on lots of textures to give the space depth and add interest. Monochrome patterned tiles were used on the floor and also as a splash-back. The sleek white induction hob was a better fit against the crisp white worktop and the fluted wall panelling echoed the wooden fluted detail and added to those pops of interest.
