Lambourn Road

We started with a dilapidated Victorian property and extended upwards with a new storey and to the rear. We created a luxury four bedroom house which includes numerous sustainable design and energy efficient features such as solar heating, external isulation, a green roof and a rainwater storage/irrigation system.

To the front, the house is sympathetic to its original features and proportions.
To the rear, we designed a contemporary triple-glazed bay and 3-storey sash window opening onto a courtyard garden with fish pond. Along with the four bedrooms, the house has multiple living areas, a study and a generous kitchen dining room connecting to the garden.
