LEO (London Executive Offices)

15,000sq.ft office fit out in Soho, London.

LEO, who have 37 unbranded serviced office spaces across London, invited us to pitch for this project in December 2017.

We won the project based on the level of high end detailing and unique space planning we presented.

We began on site two weeks later and fitted the space out in 12 weeks.

The client is extremely pleased and has reported a record number of secured office leases, due to the unique design of the space.
