Lounge/ Living room re-design

Our clients got on us on board shortly after moving into their home. the room had to be completely gutted back to the floor joists and bare brickwork and they wanted a modern take on using the space. A simplistic and modern space that reflected details of tradition. We developed our proposals around their focus for the room, creating a feature entertainments wall that provided focus, depth and proportion to the space, alongside a more feminine wallpapered wall and softened with floor length curtains. The mix of textures and materials used give warmth to the room and allow the neutral palette to exist comfortably, the simplistic nature of the design reflects a more modern space with twists of tradition that hark back to the Victorian origin of the house with the exposed brick fire, tiled hearth and tall skirting boards.
