Bed View

Although the layout didn't change, I did move the bed over slightly to allow space for wall lights and the bed looked better centred on the main wall.
This spacing was planned out meticulously for the headboard height, position of the wall lights to give the best lighting for reading in bed, to the light switch position.
Mixing up the cushions meant this didn't look too formal and softened the space so it felt welcoming and cosy.
