Notting Hill Bachelors Flat

This beautiful and spacious maisonette apartment belongs to an overseas client who had originally purchased the property as a buy to let, however then made the decision to return to the UK and wanted to update it to reflect his needs and personal tastes. Our brief was originally decoration only however it evolved into a necessary refurbishment of the staircase, main sitting room and master bedroom and bathroom, which helped to unify the space. Having a versatile and dynamic space was important to our client as they wanted a space that could feel cosy enough for one person but also had the capacity to work as an entertainment space. We kept the colour scheme unfussy and masculine.
