The extension and upgrade of offices in a converted water mill. The brief was to maximise the number of work stations, maximise natural light, better location of toilets, maximise storage and white board space.
Project included producing design concepts which reflect the personality of the owners,building and brand as well as looking at space configuration options. Raise listed planning application and building regulation application. Produce costings and tenders for work
