Project Albany

This project has been a long running commission and although most of the work to the basement was undertaken during 2010 and 2011 the ground floor lounge was completed prior to the additional of the next door basement. Previously the additional basement area was used as storage facility and a huge amount of damp work was required before it could be considered to be a liveable space. Now it has been transformed into a comfortable and luxurious living and entertaining area which includes two large lounges, an open plan kitchen and dining area, a games area, a bar, DJ and dance floor, a spa bath room and sauna room. On the ground floor there is also a fully equipped and working gym. The space has been designed for socialising and relaxing and has been finished to the highest specifications.
