Ground Floor Lounge

This room has been decorated in a bold way using a selection of textures and prints to create an almost jungle feel. The cushions and furniture have a subtle animal print while the wallpaper brings the room to life with movement. The large black wall has been painted in a matt emulsion and provides a plain background for the huge hand painted canvas (also by AnenA). The canvas was designed to mirror the floral pattern on the wallpaper and provides the room with balance as the ceilings are very high and demand detailing on a large scale. We have sunk halogen lights sunk into the engineered oak flooring providing to give a wash of light across the canvas. The chunky book shelf has been made from left over flooring and has been hung with floating brackets to give a clean finish.
