We were commissioned to convert a former office building into a 117 bedroom contemporary hotel in the heart of Leicester's cultural quarter, taking the project over from the original design and build team.
The ground floor features reception, a lounge bar and the bistro restaurant, and whilst we had to to adhere to the Ramada brand guidelines there was an opportunity to bring some individual identity and style to the spaces. The clever use of feature lighting, bespoke joinery and quality finishes supported by a subtle and neutral colour scheme has resulted in a practical yet atmospheric series of spaces.
