This was a low budget project on a rental property. It had been let for a number of years and was in a bit of a mess. The landlord had been struggling to re let the property. With a good clean, a fresh coat of paint in a soft, warm and welcoming colours along with a few pieces of carefully selected furniture, the property was let within 2 days of finishing the job
