Somerton House

Somerton House is a modern new-build home designed to maximise privacy, natural light, and views across the surrounding countryside. A fabric-first approach and the use of natural, non-toxic materials create a healthy, sustainable home with exceptional energy performance.

The layout flows effortlessly, with a kitchen at the heart of the home, opening to the living and dining spaces. Additional rooms include a pantry, back kitchen, study, lounge, gym with sauna, laundry, boot room, powder room, and cinema room. As part of our Interiors and Lighting Design, we develop proposals for finishes, joinery, layouts, and lighting concepts, ensuring the home feels cohesive, contemporary, and beautifully connected to its natural setting.
