Refurbishment of 3 storey, 2 bedroom townhouse near Alicante in Spain.

The brief was to create a bright and modern holiday home for a professional couple from London. The clients wanted a contemporary and monochrome look and feel that would be original and unique in the area.

While being comfortable, the house had to be ensure it was practical for a holiday home in the sun.
