With so many rental properties on the market at the moment, The Crown Estate wanted us to furnish this 48 apartment building to stand out from the crowd. We designed 3 different schemes which were adapt for each of the very different apartments. When released on to the market the majority of the flats had been successfully rented within 3 weeks which is testament to the fact that a well designed space minimises void periods for landlords.
