Working closely with London Rock Capital, the brief was to transform an extremely tired, un-modernised 700 sq ft flat into a slick, turn-key luxury apartment. Through reconfiguring the internal space we created a stylish, modern, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in 12 weeks. The flat was brought to market at £1.45m with immediate interest from multiple potential buyers, leaving both the client and us very happy.
