We were delighted when the Crown Estates opened up their investment portfolio and asked us to head up the furnishing of some of their key properties in Piccadilly. Handing over a quirky listed building which had been renovated and divided into apartments, they wanted us help to give the property a contemporary twist that suited its grade II listed status and upmarket location whilst maximising rental opportunities.

Within a few weeks we had designed and delivered interiors which were affordable and durable as well as stylish . The well considered end result ticked all our clients boxes and they were delighted to report that all 3 apartments rented out within a few days of being brought to market.
