That's A'moire - Staircase

 
The steep staircase led to a very dark lower ground floor. Because of the extremely tall ceilings, the lighting wasn't strong enough to properly illuminate the area. We aimed to do two things: add more light and create an evocative stairwell that beckoned homeowners and guests to be curious and go downstairs to see what else we had made for them. Pulling from the pops of neon citrine in the sitting area, we created an ombre citrine stair runner that got lighter as it went down, and we intentionally curved it on the half landing as an additional visual cue to turn the corner and explore what lies further.
