The Old Rectory

This Grade II listed property is being sensitively transformed with a contemporary addition replacing the existing conservatory. The ground floor includes a new main kitchen, back kitchen, and dining space with a large island, low-level cabinetry, and an integrated Aga. The dining area seats twelve and enjoys countryside views, while the morning room becomes a family living area, creating a natural flow between old and new spaces and connecting to the terrace and gardens.

The first floor features a new master suite, and a detached outbuilding provides a flexible home office. The outdoor pool area now includes a sunken sauna, plunge pool, fire pit, and dining terrace.

As part of our Interiors and Lighting Design, we develop finishes, joinery, kitchens, bathrooms, and lighting concepts, preparing a fully coordinated tender package that reflects both lifestyle and the home’s historic character.
