Two storey home extension

We were asked to develop plans for a the proposal of a new two storey rear extension to an existing dormer bungalow, developing open plan ground floor living and kitchen space and on the first floor creating master bedroom and en-suite with the added demands of growing the bedroom space form two to four rooms. We co-ordinated the planning and building regs. work alongside additional permissions to build within an area of outstanding natural beauty.
