Victoria Park

Working closely with our architect, we opened up the basement of a Victorian terrace house and extended the space into the rear garden to maximise the living space for a professional couple with children. Previously a dark dysfunctional kitchen and utility, this floor of the house was not fit for modern family life. A decision was made with the clients to make a single, larger floor with an indoor/outdoor dynamic that enabled a sociable kitchen, dining room and lounge area.
